摘 要：本研究采用統(tǒng)計學方法對食用農產品的抽檢情況進行了多維度分析，并通過不合格率高位值分級、抽檢情況二項分布檢驗、趨勢分析等方法評估食品品種總體風險情況，利用卡方檢驗對抽檢不合格的相關因素進行了驗證，對食品品種進行風險畫像，提高食品安全抽檢計劃的科學性和精準性。

Analysis of Sampling Data of Edible Agricultural Products Safety Supervision in 2020—2022

Abstract： This study used statistical methods to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of the sampling of edible agricultural products， and evaluated the overall risk of food varieties through methods such as high value grading of non conformities， binomial distribution test of sampling situation， and trend analysis. The chi-square test was used to verify the relevant factors of unqualified sampling inspection， and the risk portrait of food varieties was carried out to improve the scientificity and accuracy of food safety sampling inspection plan.
