5M1E分析法在高校食品質(zhì)量安全管理中的應(yīng)用研究
摘 要:在高校食品質(zhì)量安全管理中通過運用5M1E分析法,能夠快速掌握食品質(zhì)量安全管理的重點環(huán)節(jié),為消除高校食堂食品質(zhì)量安全管理可能出現(xiàn)的安全隱患提供對策依據(jù),為高校食堂食品采購、加工及售賣等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的把控提供借鑒經(jīng)驗,進(jìn)而提升高校整體食品質(zhì)量安全水平。

Application of 5M1E Analysis Method in Food Quality and Safety Management in Universities

Abstract: By using the 5M1E analysis method in the management of food quality and safety in universities, it is possible to quickly grasp the key links of food quality and safety management, provide countermeasures for potential safety hazards in the management of food quality and safety in university canteens, and provide reference experience for the control of key links such as food procurement, processing, and sales in university canteens, thereby improving the overall level of food quality and safety in universities.
