淺談我國特殊食品安全風險管理

摘 要：本文通過深入分析我國特殊食品風險管理的現(xiàn)狀，探討風險因素來源，針對生產(chǎn)者和監(jiān)管者提出風險管理措施的建議，以提高我國特殊食品質(zhì)量管理水平，提升特殊食品行業(yè)的市場核心競爭力，助推特殊食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
