摘 要：在高校食堂管理中引入食品安全第三方監(jiān)管具有重要意義。本文介紹了深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)在第三方監(jiān)管模式下，提升校園食品安全管理水平的應(yīng)用成效。為高校創(chuàng)新食品安全監(jiān)管模式提供參考，為保障校園食品安全提供有力支撐，助力食品安全規(guī)范化管理進(jìn)程。

The Practice and Application of the Third-Party Supervision of Food Safety in College Canteen Management

Abstract： It is of great significance to introduce the third-party supervision of food safety into the management of university canteens. This paper introduces the application effect of improving campus food safety management under the third-party supervision mode in Shenzhen Technology University. It provides reference for the innovation of food safety supervision mode in colleges and universities， and provides a solid guarantee for the protection of campus food safety， and assist in the food safety standardization management process.
