校企合作視域下醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)路徑研究

摘 要 醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)中臨床醫(yī)學(xué)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室科學(xué)技術(shù)相結(jié)合的一門綜合性學(xué)科，隨著外部環(huán)境變化，社會對基礎(chǔ)知識技能優(yōu)秀且能快速勝任崗位的醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)人才需求越發(fā)強(qiáng)烈。文章分析了校企合作視域下醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的困境，指出校企雙方應(yīng)主動參與，深化合作與交流，共同解決人才培養(yǎng)中出現(xiàn)的難題。

Research on the Training Path of Medical Laboratory Technology Talents

from the Perspective of School Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract The Medical Laboratory Technology major is a comprehensive discipline that combines clinical medicine and laboratory science and technology in modern medicine. With changes in the external environment， there is an increasingly strong demand for medical laboratory technology talents with excellent basic knowledge and skills who can quickly adapt to their positions. Therefore， the article analyzes the difficulties in cultivating medical laboratory technology professionals from the perspective of school enterprise cooperation， and points out that both schools and enterprises should actively participate， deepen cooperation and communication， and jointly solve the problems that arise in talent cultivation.
