高職院校職業(yè)規(guī)劃課程教師隊伍專業(yè)化建設(shè)探究

摘 要 文章通過明晰高職院校職業(yè)規(guī)劃課程教師隊伍專業(yè)化建設(shè)內(nèi)涵，分析教師隊伍現(xiàn)狀，提出了完善職業(yè)規(guī)劃課程管理體系，配齊專業(yè)人員；構(gòu)建不同專業(yè)職業(yè)規(guī)劃課程教師勝任素質(zhì)模型；整合資源，打造多元化培訓(xùn)體系；以賽促教，用好全國大學(xué)生職業(yè)規(guī)劃大賽平臺的建設(shè)路徑。

Exploration on the Professional Construction of the Teacher Staff for Vocational Planning Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract The article clarifies the connotation of professionalization construction of the teaching staff in vocational planning courses in higher vocational colleges， analyzes the current situation of the teaching staff， and proposes to improve the management system of vocational planning courses and equip professional personnel; Constructing competency models for teachers in different professional career planning courses; Integrate resources and create a diversified training system; Promote education through competition and make good use of the construction path of the National College Student Career Planning Competition platform.
