基于STEM理念的工業(yè)微生物育種學(xué)課程教學(xué)改革

摘  要:工業(yè)微生物育種學(xué)是生物工程專業(yè)中一門重要的綜合性學(xué)科,是集理論與實踐于一體的課程。該文通過將 STEM 教育的核心理念融入課程的教學(xué)當(dāng)中,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對跨學(xué)科理論知識的綜合運用,增強學(xué)生的實踐能力,培育學(xué)生工程素養(yǎng),增強學(xué)生運算和數(shù)據(jù)處理能力,激發(fā)學(xué)生主觀能動性和學(xué)習(xí)熱情。

Abstract: Genentic Improvement of Industrial Microorganisms is an important comprehensive discipline in bioengineering, which integrates theory and practice into an integrated whole. In this paper, the core concept of STEM was integrated into the course teaching, which was aimed to cultivate students' comprehensive application of interdisciplinary theoretical knowledge, enhances students' practical ability, promote students' engineering literacy, increase students' computing and data analysis ability, stimulates students' subjective initiative and their learning enthusiasm.

隨著生命科學(xué)研究的深入,大量生物相關(guān)技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn),在近年來諾貝爾獎頒布中,這些科學(xué)技術(shù)與發(fā)現(xiàn)占據(jù)主要獎項,成為當(dāng)今科學(xué)研究的焦點,生命科學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)與研究將是引領(lǐng)新時代工業(yè)革命的關(guān)鍵[1]。(剩余6738字)
