摘  要:構(gòu)建“一個(gè)核心,兩個(gè)支點(diǎn),三元師資,四維平臺(tái)”人才培養(yǎng)體系,培養(yǎng)新時(shí)代的創(chuàng)新人才,結(jié)合新工科背景,聚焦解決復(fù)雜工程問(wèn)題能力的培養(yǎng),加強(qiáng)專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課程體系建設(shè),探索新工科發(fā)展新范式,形成“三全育人”長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制。

Abstract: This study constructs "one core, two fulcrum, three yuan teachers, 4d platform" talent cultivation system to cultivate innovative talents of the new era. Combined with the new engineering background, we focus on the cultivation of the ability to solve complex engineering problems, strengthen the construction of professional basic course system, explore the new paradigm of engineering development, form "All Three Education" long-term mechanism.

在新工科背景下,應(yīng)注重突出實(shí)踐、強(qiáng)化能力、以賽促學(xué),注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生解決復(fù)雜問(wèn)題能力、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和科研素養(yǎng),進(jìn)行實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系、內(nèi)容和模式的改革與創(chuàng)新,培養(yǎng)具有學(xué)校特色的適應(yīng)京津冀地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展需要,信念執(zhí)著、品德優(yōu)良、基礎(chǔ)寬厚、專(zhuān)業(yè)精深、視野開(kāi)闊、實(shí)踐能力突出且可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力強(qiáng)的高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型人才。(剩余5078字)
