近紅外光譜技術(shù)在食品微生物檢測中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:近紅外光譜技術(shù)作為新型檢測分析技術(shù),在食品微生物檢測中發(fā)揮著重要作用。本文介紹了食品微生物檢測中近紅外光譜技術(shù)的基本原理、特點(diǎn)以及檢測微生物的過程,同時針對近紅外技術(shù)在食品檢測中的具體應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了概述,并對其在食品微生物檢測中的發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了展望。
