Abstract: This paper introduces the safety assurance and supervision management strategy of Food engineering, expounds the seriousness and impact of food safety problems, and analyzes the specific content and measures of safety assurance of Food engineering, including the standardized management of food production, the supervision and management of food circulation links, and food quality and safety testing, hoping to provide some guidance and reference for daily food consumption.
