液相色譜-質(zhì)譜技術(shù)在食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用及問題分析

摘 要：近年來，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全問題層出不窮，為了確保消費(fèi)者購買的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全，有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。而液相色譜-質(zhì)譜技術(shù)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥、獸藥殘留方面應(yīng)用廣泛，基于此，本文簡(jiǎn)要概述了液相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)相關(guān)原理，對(duì)其在食用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用及相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了探討，并提出了針對(duì)性措施，以供參考。

Application and Problems of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Edible Agricultural Products

Abstract： In recent years， agricultural product safety issues have emerged one after another. In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products purchased by consumers， it is necessary to conduct testing on them. The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is widely used in agricultural pesticide and veterinary drug residues. Based on this， this article briefly summarizes the relevant principles of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology， explores its application and related issues in the detection of edible agricultural products， and proposes targeted measures for reference.
