餐廚垃圾蛋白的微波提取工藝研究

摘 要:通過試驗采用微波提取餐廚垃圾中的蛋白質(zhì),探討微波提取餐廚垃圾蛋白最佳工藝,得到微波提取餐廚垃圾中蛋白質(zhì)的溫度為40 ℃,提取時間為80 min,微波功率為250 mW,提取pH值為5。

Study on Microwave Extraction Technology of Food Waste Protein

Abstract: Through the experiment of extracting protein from food waste by microwave, the optimal technology of microwave extraction of food waste protein was discussed. The optimum temperature for microwave extraction of protein from kitchen waste was 40 ℃, the extraction time was 80 min, the microwave power was 250 mW, and the extraction pH was 5.
