淺談新形勢(shì)下糧食質(zhì)檢工作存在的問(wèn)題和對(duì)策

摘 要：現(xiàn)如今我國(guó)在新形勢(shì)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下，對(duì)于糧食質(zhì)量安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的監(jiān)測(cè)亟待加強(qiáng)，且需要不斷完善糧食質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)測(cè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估體系，而其首要任務(wù)是解決糧食質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。本文主要介紹了我國(guó)糧食質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)測(cè)工作中存在的主要問(wèn)題并提出解決對(duì)策，為糧食質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)測(cè)提供切實(shí)有效的可行建議。

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Grain Quality Inspection Under the New Situation

Abstract： Nowadays， driven by the national conditions and the new situation， the monitoring of grain quality and safety risks needs to be strengthened， and the risk assessment system of grain and safety monitoring needs to be continuously improved. The primary task is to solve the problems in the process of grain monitoring. This paper mainly introduces the main problems existing in the quality and safety monitoring of grain in China and provides relevant countermeasures， and provides practical and effective suggestions for the quality and safety monitoring of grain.

近年來(lái)，我國(guó)開始高度重視地方糧食商品的質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)，并制定頒布了《糧食流通管理?xiàng)l例》《政府儲(chǔ)備糧質(zhì)量安全管理辦法》等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)定，這對(duì)國(guó)家糧食質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)的技術(shù)手段提出了許多明確的要求[1]。（剩余3833字）
