平板計(jì)數(shù)法測(cè)定果酒中菌落總數(shù)的不確定度分析

摘 要:為了提高實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確度,本文結(jié)合食品微生物檢驗(yàn)菌落總數(shù)測(cè)定的最新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與評(píng)定測(cè)量不確定度的相關(guān)規(guī)定要求,分析果酒中菌落總數(shù)不確定度的來(lái)源,采用合并樣本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差的方法來(lái)評(píng)定菌落總數(shù)的不確定度。結(jié)果建立了果酒中菌落總數(shù)的不確定度評(píng)定方法,測(cè)量不確定的擴(kuò)展不確定度為0.079 3。

Uncertainty Analysis of Total Number of Colonies in Fruit Wine by Plate Counting Method

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of laboratory test results, the latest standards for total bacterial count determination of food microbiological test and related requirements for evaluation of measurement uncertainty was combined in this paper, the source of total uncertainty of bacteria in fruit wine was analyzed and the method of uniting standard deviation was applied to determine the uncertainty of the colony. The results showed that the method was established to evaluate the uncertainty of total number of bacteria in fruit wine, and the extended uncertainty of measurement uncertainty was 0.0793.

隨著實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可和資質(zhì)認(rèn)定工作的開展[1],根據(jù)《General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories》(IS0/IEC 17025:2017)中相關(guān)規(guī)定[2],測(cè)量不確定度評(píng)定是檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室必備的能力之一,因此越來(lái)越多的實(shí)驗(yàn)室意識(shí)到測(cè)量不確定度評(píng)定的重要性[3],在實(shí)驗(yàn)室的日常檢測(cè)中,積極開展方法不確定度評(píng)定工作。(剩余2528字)
