食品安全快速檢測在食品生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:發(fā)揮食品快檢技術(shù)的價值,能有效彌補傳統(tǒng)檢測技術(shù)儀器設(shè)備要求高、前處理過程煩瑣、效率低下等缺陷,進一步保證我國食品安全。為此,本文針對食品安全快檢技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展進行了詳細論述,希望對食品行業(yè)健康發(fā)展有所助益。

Abstract: Utilizing the value of fast food inspection technology can effectively make up for the defects of traditional inspection technology, such as high requirements for equipment, cumbersome pre-processing procedures, and low efficiency, and further ensure my country’s food safety. To this end, this article discusses the application and development of food safety fast inspection technology in detail, hoping to help the healthy development of the food industry.

1 從食品安全角度分析食品快檢技術(shù)的價值
對我國現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)產(chǎn)品種植業(yè)和食品加工行業(yè)發(fā)展情況的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在整體上呈現(xiàn)出了“小”“雜”“散”的特點[1],市場主體大多為個體戶和小型企業(yè),據(jù)此不難得知我國食品來源渠道十分復(fù)雜,而食品檢測顯然是一項需要消耗時間和精力的工作。(剩余4193字)
