摘 要:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,中國餐飲業(yè)發(fā)生了很大的變化,在發(fā)展過程中餐飲企業(yè)廚房管理存在許多問題。因此,在餐飲廚房管理過程中實施精細化管理非常有必要。本文分析了精細化管理在餐飲企業(yè)廚房管理中應(yīng)用的意義和餐飲企業(yè)廚房的現(xiàn)狀,并提出加強餐飲企業(yè)廚房精細化管理的措施。

Abstract: With the development of science, technology and productivity, great changes have taken place in China’s catering industry. In the process of development, there are many problems in the kitchen management of catering enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to implement fine management in the process of catering kitchen management. This paper analyzes the significance of the application of fine management in the kitchen management of catering enterprises and the current situation of the kitchen of catering enterprises, and puts forward the measures to strengthen the fine management of the kitchen of catering enterprises.
