Abstract: Food safety jobs are long-term jobs and must always be treated as a hard indicator. In order to effectively improve the quality management level, relevant departments need to highlight the key points and difficulties in the work, focus the quality management objects on the formulation and implementation of food safety risk monitoring plan, and implement the sampling inspection and monitoring of food safety in place.
