液相色譜法在食品防腐劑檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:現(xiàn)階段,食品添加劑是食品生產(chǎn)加工行業(yè)中常用的物質(zhì),在現(xiàn)代食品加工處理方面具有十分關(guān)鍵的作用。本文針對(duì)液相色譜法在食品防腐劑檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用展開研究,分析違規(guī)使用或過(guò)量使用食品添加劑造成的各種食品安全問(wèn)題,根據(jù)食品添加劑對(duì)人們生命健康造成的影響,總結(jié)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),以期為相關(guān)研究人員提供參考。

Application of Liquid Chromatography in the Detection of Food Preservatives

Abstract: At present, food additives are commonly used substances in the food production and processing industry, and have a very key role in modern food processing.This paper studies the application of liquid chromatography in the detection of food preservatives, analyzes various food safety problems caused by illegal use or excessive use of food additives, according to the impact of food additives on people’s lives and health, summarizes relevant work experience, and hopes to provide reference for relevant researchers.

當(dāng)使用大量防腐劑后,食品中的重金屬含量會(huì)嚴(yán)重超標(biāo),消費(fèi)者在購(gòu)買并食用添加劑含量嚴(yán)重超標(biāo)的食物后,體內(nèi)的重金屬元素會(huì)不斷蓄積,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致慢性中毒情況的發(fā)生。(剩余3880字)
