食品添加劑發(fā)展研究進展
摘 要:食品添加劑是食品工業(yè)的重要組成部分,在一定程度上能反映國家食品工業(yè)的發(fā)展水平。在工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化和各類新興食品的快速發(fā)展趨勢下,食品添加劑發(fā)展相對落后,限制了我國食品工業(yè)化的發(fā)展。本文主要對食品添加劑的發(fā)展歷程進行闡述,為推動我國食品工業(yè)化的發(fā)展提供借鑒。

Research Progress on the Development of Food Additives

Abstract: Food additives are an important part of the food industry, which can reflect the development level of the national food industry to a certain extent. Under the rapid development trend of industrial modernization and various emerging foods, the development of food additives is relatively backward, which limits the development of food industrialization in China. This paper mainly expounds the development process of food additives, so as to provide reference for promoting the development of food industrialization in China.

在我國,食品添加劑應用于食品的生產(chǎn)加工歷史悠久,早在大汶口時期就已有歷史記載食品添加劑應用于酒的釀造,在周朝時期,人們還會使用肉桂增強食品的香味等[1]。(剩余4089字)
