食品安全管理體系在禽肉制品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的建立和應(yīng)用
摘 要:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和消費(fèi)者安全健康意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),食品安全問(wèn)題受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注。食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)應(yīng)不斷提高食品安全意識(shí),建立并實(shí)施食品安全管理體系,有效控制食品加工過(guò)程中的各種危害情況的發(fā)生。本文綜合分析了食品安全管理體系在禽肉制品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的建立和應(yīng)用,以期為相關(guān)食品企業(yè)提供參考。

Establishment and Application of Food Safety Management System in the Production Process of Poultry and Meat Products

Abstract: With the continuous development of the economy and the enhancement of consumers' awareness of safety and health, food safety issues have received widespread attention. Food production enterprises should constantly improve the awareness of food safety, establish and implement the food safety management system, and effectively control the occurrence of various hazards in the process of food processing.This paper analyzes the establishment and application of food safety management system in the production of poultry products in order to provide reference for relevant food enterprises.
