關(guān)于提升學(xué)前教育男生專業(yè)認(rèn)同感的思考
摘 要:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,學(xué)前教育越來(lái)越受到重視。然而學(xué)前教育男生的數(shù)量不僅少,專業(yè)認(rèn)同感也處于中下水平。面對(duì)該問(wèn)題,文章分析了學(xué)前教育專業(yè)男生專業(yè)認(rèn)同感現(xiàn)狀,并從加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的專業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)、發(fā)揮專任教師及“重要他人”的作用、通過(guò)學(xué)校的推動(dòng)及國(guó)家層面的支持方面突出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。

Abstract:With the development of society,preschool education has been paid more and more attention.In this issue,the article analyzes the status quo of the professional identity of boys in preschool education,and has enhanced the role of students' professional understanding,played fulltime teachers and "important others",andThrough the school's promotion and the national level support,the corresponding countermeasures are highlighted.
