納米技術(shù)在食品科學(xué)中的應(yīng)用探究
摘 要:納米技術(shù)是一門融合了化學(xué)、界面學(xué)、微加工學(xué)等學(xué)科的交叉技術(shù)體系,現(xiàn)已在社會(huì)的諸多領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。近年來,納米技術(shù)的許多科研成果已被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品科學(xué)領(lǐng)域,使食品工藝得到改進(jìn),并開發(fā)出一些新型的食品。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,納米技術(shù)將在食品科學(xué)領(lǐng)域得到更全面的發(fā)展。
