食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全控制探討

摘 要:食品質(zhì)量安全關(guān)系著我國(guó)居民的生活與健康,頻繁曝光的食品安全事件使消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)喪失了信任,嚴(yán)重制約了食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。基于此,本文分析了食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全控制中存在的問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出食品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量安全控制的應(yīng)對(duì)舉措,以期為食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)提高質(zhì)量管理水平、保障食品質(zhì)量安全提供參考。

Discussion on Product Quality and Safety Control in Food Production Enterprises

Abstract: Food quality and safety are related to the life and health of Chinese residents. Frequent exposure of food safety incidents has caused consumers to lose trust in food production enterprises, which has seriously restricted the development of the food industry. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the product quality and safety control of food production enterprises, and proposes countermeasures for food production quality and safety control in response to the problems, in order to provide a reference for food production enterprises to improve the level of quality management and ensure food quality and safety.
