恩施地區(qū)毛香粑粑的食俗探究

摘 要:在人類學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域,飲食習(xí)俗占據(jù)十分重要的地位。本文基于飲食學(xué)的視角,探析恩施地區(qū)毛香粑粑的由來、制作工序、食用方式及隱含的文化內(nèi)涵,以思考毛香粑粑在文化空間變遷下的保護(hù)與發(fā)展。

Study on the Eating Custom of Maoxiangbaba in Enshi Area

Abstract: In the field of anthropological research, dietary customs occupy a very important position. Based on the perspective of dietary anthropology, this paper explores the origin, production process, eating methods and cultural connotation of Maoxiangbaba in Enshi, in order to reflect on the protection and development of Maoxiangbaba under the changes of cultural space.
