Analysis on Research Progress of Nondestructive Testing Technology for Apple Sugar Content

Abstract: As a new testing technology, nondestructive testing technology has a broad development prospect. Based on this, this paper investigated the principle and related researches of a variety of apple sugar content nondestructive testing technologies, in order to provide suggestions for the development of related technologies in the future.
