葡萄酒中農(nóng)藥殘留檢測前處理方法研究進展

摘 要:近年來,隨著人們生活水平和質(zhì)量的不斷提高,葡萄酒逐漸受到消費者青睞,國內(nèi)的葡萄酒市場也在不斷擴大。同時,葡萄酒的質(zhì)量安全,尤其是農(nóng)藥殘留問題也越來越受到消費者的關(guān)注。本文簡述了葡萄酒中農(nóng)藥殘留現(xiàn)狀,并對農(nóng)藥殘留的前處理方法進行綜述,以期為葡萄酒的質(zhì)量安全檢測提供理論參考。

Research Progress on the Pretreatment Methods of Wine in Pesticide Residue Determination

Abstract: In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standard, wine is gradually favored by consumers, and the Chinese wine market is increasing constantly. The quality and safety of wine, especially pesticide residues, has become the focus. In this paper, the current status of pesticide residues and the commonly-used sample pre-treatment methods of pesticide residues in wine were reviewed, which provided a useful reference for the quality safety detection of wine.
