動(dòng)物性食品中獸藥殘留的快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)

摘 要：近年來，我國(guó)食品安全事故時(shí)有發(fā)生，其中不少食品安全事故是由動(dòng)物性食品中獸藥殘留超標(biāo)或違規(guī)使用禁用藥物導(dǎo)致的。本文通過綜述動(dòng)物性食品中獸藥殘留快速檢驗(yàn)的方法原理和應(yīng)用案例，總結(jié)各類快速檢測(cè)方法的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足，為獸藥殘留檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的快速檢驗(yàn)提供參考。

Rapid Detection of Veterinary Drug Residues in Animal Derived Food

Abstract： In recent years， food safety accidents have occurred frequently in China， many of which are caused by excessive residues of veterinary drugs in animal food or the illegal use of prohibited drugs. The principle and application cases of rapid detection of veterinary drug residues in animal derived foods were reviewed， and the advantages and disadvantages of various rapid detection methods were summarized， so as to provide reference for rapid detection of veterinary drug residues.

食品安全問題已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)社會(huì)普遍關(guān)注的重大公共安全問題，2021年央視“3·15”晚會(huì)曝光了“養(yǎng)羊大縣”河北省青縣養(yǎng)羊產(chǎn)業(yè)中違規(guī)使用瘦肉精的問題，問題羊肉流入全國(guó)多地，造成了食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。（剩余9809字）
