蔬菜食品安全溯源監(jiān)管體系的完善探討
摘 要:蔬菜食品安全風(fēng)險管理是一個世界性難題。本文提出了蔬菜食品安全溯源監(jiān)管體系建設(shè)的研究思路,通過對現(xiàn)有問題進(jìn)行分析,提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施,以期對相關(guān)研究人員和部門提供的參考和借鑒。

Discussion on the Improvement of Vegetable Food Safety Traceability Supervision System

Abstract: Preventing vegetable food safety risks is a worldwide problem. This paper puts forward the research ideas of the construction of vegetable food safety traceability supervision system. Through the analysis of the existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to provide reference for the relevant researchers and departments.

隨著國家綜合國力的增強(qiáng),人們的生活水平不斷提高,城鄉(xiāng)居民人均農(nóng)產(chǎn)品消費(fèi)量不斷增加,但有毒有害物質(zhì)如農(nóng)藥殘留、重金屬等導(dǎo)致的蔬菜食品安全事件也在不斷增多[1]。(剩余4316字)
