食品安全監(jiān)管中的大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用與智能監(jiān)管模式研究

摘 要：大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用，有助于提高食品安全監(jiān)管水平，充分保障人們的生命安全和身體健康。本文以大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ)，分析應(yīng)用過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)，并開(kāi)展基于大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的智能監(jiān)管模式研究，以促進(jìn)食品安全監(jiān)管領(lǐng)域智能監(jiān)管模式的健康發(fā)展。

Research on Big Data Application and Intelligent Supervision Model in Food Safety Supervision

Abstract： The application of big data technology in food safety supervision helps to improve the level of food safety supervision and fully guarantee people’s life safety and physical health. This article is based on the current application status of big data technology in food safety supervision， analyzes the problems and challenges in the application process， and conducts research on intelligent supervision models based on big data technology to promote the healthy development of intelligent supervision models in the field of food safety supervision.
