淺析色譜分析法在葡萄酒農藥殘留檢測中的應用

摘 要：本文簡述了氣（液）相色譜法、氣（液）相色譜-質譜法、氣（液）相色譜串聯(lián)質譜法和氣（液）相色譜-高分辨質譜法在葡萄酒農藥殘留檢測中的應用，為葡萄酒農藥殘留檢測技術的研究與發(fā)展提供理論參考。

Abstract： In this paper， the applications of gas （liquid） chromatography， gas （liquid） chromatography-mass spectrometry， gas （liquid） chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry， and gas （liquid） chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in wine were briefly described. Provide theoretical reference for the research and development of pesticide residue detection technology in wine.
