淺析色譜分析法在葡萄酒農藥殘留檢測中的應用
摘 要:本文簡述了氣(液)相色譜法、氣(液)相色譜-質譜法、氣(液)相色譜串聯(lián)質譜法和氣(液)相色譜-高分辨質譜法在葡萄酒農藥殘留檢測中的應用,為葡萄酒農藥殘留檢測技術的研究與發(fā)展提供理論參考。

Abstract: In this paper, the applications of gas (liquid) chromatography, gas (liquid) chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas (liquid) chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and gas (liquid) chromatography-high-resolution mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in wine were briefly described. Provide theoretical reference for the research and development of pesticide residue detection technology in wine.
