營養(yǎng)成分檢測在食品安全中的價值與應(yīng)用策略
摘 要:本文主要闡明了食品營養(yǎng)成分檢測的基本內(nèi)容與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,指出了食品營養(yǎng)檢測中常出現(xiàn)的檢測技術(shù)落后、檢測環(huán)境不穩(wěn)定、檢測設(shè)備落后、檢測結(jié)果不準(zhǔn)確、監(jiān)管力度不夠和宣傳不到位等問題,提出了做好食品安全管理、提升營養(yǎng)成分檢測準(zhǔn)確性的改進(jìn)措施。

Abstract: This paper mainly clarifies the basic content and practical significance of food nutrition testing, points out the problems that often occur in food nutrition testing, such as backward testing technology, unstable testing environment, backward testing equipment, inaccurate testing results, insufficient supervision and inadequate publicity, and puts forward improvement measures to do a good job in food safety management and improve the accuracy of nutrition testing.
