摘 要：食品微生物檢測是保障食品安全的重要手段，強(qiáng)調(diào)和重視食品微生物檢測十分重要。本文主要對(duì)食品微生物檢測的概念、重要性及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行概述，并探討食品微生物檢測質(zhì)量控制措施，以提升食品微生物的檢測質(zhì)量，保障食品安全。
