食品快檢技術(shù)在基層食品安全監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：食品快檢技術(shù)在基層食品安全監(jiān)管中有著重要地位，是我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段食品安全監(jiān)管必不可少的重要措施之一。本文分別從食品快檢技術(shù)的簡(jiǎn)介、常用食品快檢技術(shù)在基層監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用及意義、食品快檢存在問(wèn)題和改進(jìn)措施等方面進(jìn)行闡述，旨在探討食品快檢技術(shù)在基層監(jiān)管中的應(yīng)用，為食品快檢技術(shù)的應(yīng)用提供參考。

Abstract： Food rapid inspection technology is very important for people’s health and life at grassroots level， which is one of the most important ways to keep food safety supervision at present stage. This paper elaborates on the introduction of food safety inspection techniques， the application and significance of common food rapid inspection technology at grassroots supervision， problems and improvement measures for food rapid inspection， to explore the application of food rapid inspection technology in grassroots supervision and provide references for the food safety inspection technology.
