食品安全現(xiàn)狀及食品安全檢測(cè)技術(shù)應(yīng)用

摘 要：隨著生活質(zhì)量的提升，人們開始關(guān)注日常生活中各種食品的安全性問題?，F(xiàn)如今，生活條件的改善使食品種類增加，食品安全檢測(cè)可為食品質(zhì)量提供安全保障。本文綜合分析了我國食品安全發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)食品安全檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及管理進(jìn)行了深入的探究。

Nowadays， the improvement of living conditions has led to an increase in the variety of food， food safety testing can provide safety guarantee for food quality. This paper comprehensively analyzes the development status of food safety in China， and deeply explores the application and management of food safety testing technology.
