摘 要:食品添加劑超范圍、超限量使用是我國(guó)抽檢食品不合格的重要原因,食用此類(lèi)不合格食品有一定的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。針對(duì)食品添加劑管理過(guò)程中存在的一些問(wèn)題,在實(shí)際工作中可通過(guò)多種方式來(lái)加強(qiáng)食品添加劑使用的管理,進(jìn)而做好食品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中食品添加劑的管理工作。

Abstract: The use of food additives exceeding the range and limit is an important reason for the unqualified food sampling in my country. Eating such unqualified food has certain health risks. Aiming at some problems existing in the process of food additive management, in practical work, various methods can be used to strengthen the management of the use of food additives, and to do a good job in the management of food additives in the process of food production.
