摘 要:針對(duì)食品安全社會(huì)共治存在的問題,本文構(gòu)建了大數(shù)據(jù)融合背景下的食品安全社會(huì)共治體系模型,并以豬肉健康鏈中的安全監(jiān)管為例進(jìn)行應(yīng)用分析,為相關(guān)政策實(shí)施提供參考。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the social co-governance of food safety, this paper constructs a model of the food safety social co-governance system under the background of big data integration, and takes the safety supervision in the pork health chain as an example for application analysis to provide a reference for the implementation of relevant policies.
