摘 要：本文對食品檢驗檢測的重要性進(jìn)行闡述，分析了目前食品檢驗檢測存在的主要問題，并根據(jù)問題提出創(chuàng)新與完善食品檢驗檢測體系建設(shè)、強化市場食品安全檢驗機制建設(shè)、提升食品檢驗檢測機構(gòu)執(zhí)行效能和開展職業(yè)化食品安全檢驗隊伍建設(shè)，為全面助力食品安全檢測工作開展提供參考。
