食品添加劑對食品安全的影響及策略研究
摘 要:食品添加劑是指為改善食品品質(zhì)和色、香、味以及因防腐和加工工藝的需要而加入食品中的化學合成或天然物質(zhì)。食品添加劑已被廣泛應用于食品行業(yè),相關部門也對其在食品生產(chǎn)中的使用制定了嚴格的標準。但在實際生活中,還需從食品安全角度進一步對食品添加劑的影響和管理進行分析。

Abstract: Food additives refer to chemical synthetic or natural substances added to food to improve food quality and color, aroma and taste, as well as to meet the needs of anti-corrosion and processing technology. Food additives have been widely used in the food industry, and relevant departments have also formulated strict standards for their use in food production. However, in real life, it is necessary to further analyze the impact and management of food additives from the perspective of food safety.
