稻谷加工工藝改進

摘 要：我國的稻谷加工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模小，加工工藝不完善，副產(chǎn)品利用率低。對此，本文從稻谷品質(zhì)、工藝設計及副產(chǎn)品方面對稻谷加工工藝進行改進，以期提高優(yōu)質(zhì)大米的出品率，提高副產(chǎn)品的綜合利用率，降低加工成本。

Improvement of Paddy Rice Processing Technology

Abstract： China’s rice processing enterprises have small production scale， imperfect processing technology and low utilization rate of by-products. Therefore， this paper improves the rice processing technology from the aspects of rice quality， process design and by-products， in order to improve the yield of high-quality rice， improve the comprehensive utilization of by-products and reduce the processing cost.
