稻谷加工工藝改進
摘 要:我國的稻谷加工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)規(guī)模小,加工工藝不完善,副產(chǎn)品利用率低。對此,本文從稻谷品質(zhì)、工藝設計及副產(chǎn)品方面對稻谷加工工藝進行改進,以期提高優(yōu)質(zhì)大米的出品率,提高副產(chǎn)品的綜合利用率,降低加工成本。

Improvement of Paddy Rice Processing Technology

Abstract: China’s rice processing enterprises have small production scale, imperfect processing technology and low utilization rate of by-products. Therefore, this paper improves the rice processing technology from the aspects of rice quality, process design and by-products, in order to improve the yield of high-quality rice, improve the comprehensive utilization of by-products and reduce the processing cost.
