農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究
摘 要:在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中農(nóng)藥被大量使用。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中農(nóng)藥使用不合理易導(dǎo)致農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo),經(jīng)食物鏈的累積,最終影響人們的身體健康。因此,有必要對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè),尤其是對(duì)初級(jí)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢測(cè),可從源頭解決農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題。本文分析了農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)常用的技術(shù)手段,以期為相關(guān)工作人員提供參考。

Study on Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products

Abstract: In the process of agricultural industrialization, pesticides are widely used. Unreasonable use of pesticides in agricultural products is easy to lead to excessive pesticide residues, which will eventually affect people’s health through the accumulation of food chain. Therefore, it is necessary to detect pesticide residues in agricultural products, especially in primary agricultural products, which can solve the problem of pesticide residues from the source. This paper analyzes the common technical means of pesticide residue detection, so as to provide reference for relevant staff.

我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)歷史悠久,隨著農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展,農(nóng)藥在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中被大量使用,大多數(shù)農(nóng)藥在土壤、水體等環(huán)境中不易降解,殘留時(shí)間長(zhǎng),造成農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在種植過(guò)程中,即使不噴灑農(nóng)藥,也會(huì)通過(guò)外界環(huán)境造成農(nóng)藥殘留積累,出現(xiàn)農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)現(xiàn)象[1]。(剩余4148字)
