高職院校非學(xué)歷教育培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展對(duì)策

摘要：高職院校在完善終身教育體系、建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)中發(fā)揮著重要作用，是我國教育體系的重要組成部分，育訓(xùn)并舉是其法定責(zé)任。本文在分析了高職院校在開展非學(xué)歷教育方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的問題基礎(chǔ)上，給出了校企合作構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研一體化發(fā)展路徑、打造精品項(xiàng)目、引進(jìn)學(xué)分銀行、實(shí)施“云平臺(tái)+智慧課堂”培訓(xùn)模式等對(duì)策。

Abstract：Vocational colleges play an important role in improving the life-long education system and building a learning society.They are an important part of my country's education system，and it is their legal responsibility to provide both education and training.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and existing problems of higher vocational colleges in carrying out non-academic education，this paper gives the development path of school-enterprise cooperation to build an integrated development path of production，education and research，create high-quality projects，introduce credit banks，and implement "cloud platform+"Smart Classroom" training mode and other countermeasures.
