書(shū)院制改革的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)
——以南京審計(jì)大學(xué)為例

摘 要:書(shū)院制改革為全面提升高等教育質(zhì)量開(kāi)辟一條新的路徑,也為提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量及回歸大學(xué)“本色”提供一次重要發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但書(shū)院制改革仍然面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn),例如思想意識(shí)的突破、各方面的協(xié)調(diào)配合和一系列的制度保障等。因此,該文以南京審計(jì)大學(xué)為例,探討書(shū)院制改革存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。

Abstract: The reform of academy system not only opens up a new path for comprehensively improving the quality of higher education, but also provides an important development opportunity for improving the quality of talent training and returning to the "nature" of universities. However, the reform of academy system still faces many challenges, such as the breakthrough of ideology, the coordination of all aspects, a series of system guarantee and so on. Therefore, taking Nanjing Audit University as an example, this paper discusses the problems existing in the reform of academy system, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
