預(yù)包裝食品標(biāo)簽的審核要素及對策分析

摘 要：預(yù)包裝食品標(biāo)簽作為向公眾傳遞食品安全信息的有效途徑，可以全面展示食品相關(guān)特征和性能。本文介紹了現(xiàn)階段關(guān)于預(yù)包裝食品標(biāo)簽有關(guān)法律法規(guī)要求，著重分析了預(yù)包裝食品標(biāo)簽審核的常見要素，針對政府、企業(yè)和消費(fèi)者等提出改善預(yù)包裝食品標(biāo)簽的措施，旨在更好地保障消費(fèi)者的權(quán)益和健康。

Analysis on Audit Elements and Countermeasures of Pre-Packaged Food Label

Abstract： As an effective way to convey food safety information to the public， pre-packaged food label can comprehensively show food-related characteristics and performance. This study introduces the relevant laws and regulations on pre-packaged food label at the present stage， focuses on analyzing the common elements of pre-packaged food label audit， and proposes measures to improve the pre-packaged food label according to the government， enterprises and consumers， so as to better protect the rights and health of consumers.
