湖南省包裝飲用水銅綠假單胞菌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控
摘 要:本文通過分析包裝飲用水的生產(chǎn)工藝,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在水源水、包裝材料、生產(chǎn)過程、儲(chǔ)運(yùn)過程等環(huán)節(jié)都可能被銅綠假單胞菌污染。為降低包裝飲用水被銅綠假單胞菌污染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),針對(duì)人員管理、檢驗(yàn)管理、生產(chǎn)場(chǎng)所管理、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備管理、生產(chǎn)過程控制管理、成品儲(chǔ)存等環(huán)節(jié)提出意見和建議。

Risk Prevention and Control of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Packaged Drinking Water in Hunan Province

Abstract: In this paper, by analyzing the production process of packaged drinking water, it is found that it may be contaminated by Pseudomonas aeruginosa in water source, packaging materials, production process, storage and transportation process. In order to reduce the risk of contamination of packaged drinking water by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, opinions and suggestions were put forward for personnel management, inspection management, production site management, production equipment management, production process control management, finished product storage and other links.
