大數(shù)據(jù)時代下的食品安全監(jiān)測新方法

摘 要:本文分析了食品安全監(jiān)測的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn),探討了大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)測中的應(yīng)用,并從數(shù)據(jù)收集和管理的創(chuàng)新方式、基于大數(shù)據(jù)的風(fēng)險評估和預(yù)測模型兩個方面探討新型食品安全監(jiān)測方法的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用,同時對大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在食品安全監(jiān)測中的作用進(jìn)行展望,為保障食品安全提供更強(qiáng)大的長效機(jī)制。

A New Approach to Food Safety Monitoring in the Era of Big Data

Abstract: The article analyzes the current situation of food safety monitoring and the main challenges it faces; it discusses the application of big data technology in food safety monitoring; and it explores the development and application of new food safety monitoring methods in terms of innovative ways of data collection and management, and risk assessment and prediction modeling based on big data in light of work experience. At the same time, we look forward to the role of big data technology in food safety monitoring,, providing a stronger long-term mechanism to ensure food safety.
