摘 要:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,散裝食品銷(xiāo)售成為食品行業(yè)一個(gè)重要的環(huán)節(jié)。然而,由于散裝食品的特殊性質(zhì),食品安全問(wèn)題成為該環(huán)節(jié)的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。本研究旨在深入探討散裝食品銷(xiāo)售管理中存在的食品安全問(wèn)題,分析其原因,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,以提高散裝食品質(zhì)量安全管理水平,保證散裝食品質(zhì)量安全。

Abstract: With the development of the social economy, the sales of bulk food have become an important link in the food industry. However, due to the special properties of bulk food, food safety issues have become the focus of attention in this process. This study aims to deeply explore the food safety issues in the sales management of bulk food, analyze their causes, and propose corresponding solutions to improve the quality and safety management level of bulk food and ensure its quality and safety.
