食品添加劑對食品質(zhì)量的影響及問題分析
摘 要:隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,食品添加劑被廣泛運用于食品加工行業(yè)中,滿足了消費者對食品口感和品質(zhì)的要求。但食品添加劑使用不當(dāng)會影響食品安全,危害人們的身體健康。本文探討了食品添加劑的概念、作用和使用中存在的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的對策,以確保食品添加劑的安全使用,保障消費者的身體健康。

Impact of Food Additives on Food Quality and Problem Analysis

Abstract: With the development of social economy, food additives are widely used in the food processing industry to meet consumers’ requirements for food taste and quality. However, improper use of food additives will affect food safety and jeopardize people’s health. This paper discusses the concept, role and use of food additives in the problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to ensure the safe use of food additives to protect the health of consumers.
