銀耳多糖抑菌效果研究

摘 要：采用抑菌圈試驗(yàn)檢測古田銀耳多糖對(duì)5種常見致病菌的抑菌效果，結(jié)果表明，1.87 μg·mL-1銀耳多糖溶液對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌、乙型副傷寒沙門菌、大腸埃希菌均有一定的抑制作用，但是1.87～151.42 μg·mL-1銀耳多糖溶液對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌均無明顯的抑制作用。

Research on the Antibacterial Effect of Polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis

Abstract： The antibacterial effect of Gutian Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides on five common pathogenic bacteria was tested using the antibacterial circle test. The results showed that a 1.87 μg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had a certain inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa， Salmonella paratyphi B， and Escherichia coli， but a 1.87～151.42 μg·mL-1 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide solution had no significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.

銀耳（Tremella fuciformis），也稱白木耳、雪耳等，是擔(dān)子菌門真菌銀耳的子實(shí)體，顏色多為白色或淡黃色，呈葉狀、凝膠狀，分布廣泛，特別是在熱帶地區(qū)，常見于闊葉樹的腐木上，在我國福建省、浙江省、廣東省、安徽省、四川省和江蘇省等地多有分布[1-2]。（剩余5656字）
