測量不確定度在食品微生物檢測中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:隨著我國食品科技的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,食品微生物檢測結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性也在不斷提升。測量不確定度是食品檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的重要參照,其運(yùn)用使得食品檢測的可靠性得到了顯著提升。本文從食品微生物測量不確定度的概念及特點(diǎn)出發(fā),就食品微生物檢測不確定度的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究和分析,為相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作者提供理論依據(jù)。

Application of Measurement Uncertainty in Food Microorganism Detection

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of food science and technology in China, the accuracy of food microbiological testing results is also constantly improving. Measurement uncertainty is an important reference for food inspection results, and its application has significantly improved the reliability of food inspection. Based on the concept and characteristics of food microorganism measurement uncertainty, this paper studies and analyzes the application of food microorganism measurement uncertainty, which provides theoretical basis for related laboratory workers.

測量不確定度是表征合理地賦予被測量值的分散性與測量結(jié)果相關(guān)聯(lián)的參數(shù),是證明實(shí)驗(yàn)室中分析工作的真實(shí)性和準(zhǔn)確性所必需的計(jì)量概念,為測定結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,特別是邊緣值的合理分析提供技術(shù)支撐[1]。(剩余4608字)
