生活飲用水監(jiān)測中微生物檢驗技術(shù)的應(yīng)用價值研究

摘 要:目的:分析和探究生活飲用水監(jiān)測中微生物檢驗技術(shù)的應(yīng)用價值。方法:選取山東省東營市2019年12月—2021年6月的枯水期樣本和豐水期樣本各48份作為研究對象,采用濾膜法檢驗(研究1組)與多管發(fā)酵法檢驗(研究2組),統(tǒng)計枯水期與豐水期兩組微生物檢出情況。結(jié)果:枯水期的檢驗結(jié)果顯示,研究1組的大腸埃希菌與耐熱大腸菌群檢出率分別為73.0%、81.2%,研究2組的大腸埃希菌與耐熱大腸菌群檢出率分別為79.2%、83.3%,研究2組的檢出率明顯優(yōu)于研究1組,組間差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P

Research on the Application Value of Microbial Inspection Technology in Drinking Water Monitoring

Abstract: Objective: To analyze and explore the application value of microbial inspection technology in drinking water monitoring. Methods: 48 samples in the dry season and 48 samples in the wet season in our city from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. All drinking water samples were tested by membrane filter method (study group 1) and multi-tube fermentation method (study group 2). Results: The test results in the dry season showed that the detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliforms in study group 1 were 73.0% and 81.2%, respectively, and the detection rates of Escherichia coli and heat-resistant coliforms in study group 2 were were 79.2% and 83.3%, respectively.
